What can seven days hold?
A classic build opens in Livingstone: the guided falls tour, a sunset cruise from K950, perhaps a helicopter flight from $230 or a Devil’s Pool sitting from $159 in season. Two or three days here lands the headline sights without hurry.
The middle of the week goes wild. Kafue and the Lower Zambezi are the great Zambian escapes — river-and-bush country where the itinerary turns to game drives, boats and firelight — and we build those legs with the camps and operators that fit your style and budget.
Botswana can join the party too. A Chobe day trip runs from Livingstone from $190 — one of Africa’s largest elephant populations, reached across the Kazungula Bridge — or Chobe can grow into a full overnight leg of the week.
How does the itinerary come together?
Every booking follows the same honest sequence: your request, then a personalised proforma quotation, then confirmation. For a bespoke week we usually trade a few messages in between — dates, must-sees, budget band, who is travelling — before the proforma lands.
Once confirmed, the week runs on our shoulders: a dedicated concierge, transfers in our own fleet where the route allows, and a WhatsApp line that answers round the clock, not office hours.
How is the week priced?
By quotation only — a seven-day route spanning Livingstone, Kafue, the Lower Zambezi and Chobe varies too much by season, camp and party size for an honest list price. Rates are confirmed at booking and subject to operator availability, and rates are negotiable.
Payment is by proforma invoice — bank transfer, mobile money or POS, never online card capture. Cancellation terms are tiered from 25% at 60–45 days out to 100% inside 14 days, stated plainly on every quotation.
When should you travel?
Livingstone’s marquee seasons are useful anchors: Devil’s Pool typically opens from about mid-August to early January, and the Batoka Gorge’s famous grade 4 and 5 rafting runs at its low-water best from around August to December. Weeks built in that window can carry everything.
Travelling outside it costs you nothing but those two entries — the Falls, the parks, the river evenings and Chobe all work year-round, and we shape the week to what each month does best.
