How does booking work?
Tell us your dates, party size and preferred area and we match you to a residence with photographs and a personalised rate — from $80 per night, sliding with length of stay. Our listings also appear on Airbnb and Booking.com, but booking direct through the POTUS desk secures the best rate and puts a car, driver and every activity on the same invoice; add a self-drive vehicle from K400 per day and Livingstone is yours.
How long-stay pricing works
Nightly rates start from $80 and slide with commitment: weekly stays earn a working discount, and monthly corporate lets are quoted as flat, utilities-inclusive figures that finance departments can sign once and forget. Invoicing is formal — proforma first, then receipted payments by transfer, mobile money or POS — and contracts can run in USD or Kwacha to match your budget currency.
For teams, we mix unit sizes across nearby residences so colleagues live close without sharing walls. Project rotations are simple: the residence stays on the file while occupants change, and housekeeping resets between rotations.
The neighbourhoods
Our residences sit in Livingstone’s established suburbs — quiet streets ten minutes from the town centre, with the falls corridor twenty minutes south. Mornings are birdsong; commutes are short; and weekend plans write themselves: a sunset cruise from K950, the falls at flood, or a Chobe day trip across the border from $190.

A sample working week
Monday: your chauffeur collects you at 07:45; the residence’s housekeeper resets the unit mid-morning. Each residence is different — that is the product. Some favour gardens and verandas, others lock-up-and-leave simplicity near town; a few suit families with study space for remote schooling. Corporate lets can include a dedicated vehicle: a saloon from K400 per day self-drive, or a chauffeured SUV for project teams, invoiced on the same monthly file as the residence. The standard cancellation ladder applies to short stays; long lets carry notice terms agreed in the quotation.
