How does airport meet and greet work?
Send us the flight details and the rest is handled. Your chauffeur meets you at arrivals at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International (LVI) in Livingstone — roughly 10 minutes from town — or at Kenneth Kaunda International (KKIA) in Lusaka, takes the luggage, and has the E-Class waiting close by.

Can the E-Class lead a delegation?
It usually does. For ministries hosting influencer delegations and for organisations moving a full team, we build the convoy around the E-Class: principals up front, colleagues following in the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and staff or luggage in a larger vehicle behind.

The E-Class starts from $250 per day, and as with every POTUS vehicle the rate is negotiable — long hires attract discounts of up to 60%, and multi-vehicle delegation bookings are quoted as one tailored package. For longer postings that discount turns a months-long assignment into a far gentler line on the budget. Every hire includes the same foundations:

Institutions tend to appreciate the paperwork as much as the car. Every engagement is documented on a proforma before any money moves, invoices reconcile cleanly, and payment runs by bank transfer, mobile money or POS with no online card capture.
Fuel is excluded from the rate, and cancellation bands are printed on the quotation itself — 25% at 60 to 45 days before travel, 50% at 45 to 30 days, 75% at 29 to 15 days, and 100% within the final 14 days or for a no-show.
