What does group transport cost?
Rates start from $400 per day and stay negotiable, with discounts of up to 60% on long hires — a conference week or a touring fortnight is quoted very differently from a single transfer day. Chauffeur-driven and self-drive are both offered, though most groups take a POTUS driver so every seat stays a passenger seat.
Drivers assigned to group work are chosen for patience as much as skill — service beyond the wheel, with thirty personal timetables riding in one vehicle and none of them allowed to slip.
Limited collision-damage and theft insurance is included on every hire, fuel is excluded, and airport meet and greet is arranged on request. How does a group booking run?
Group logistics fail on assumptions, so we remove them. You send the request, the desk returns a personalised proforma quotation covering vehicles, dates and movements, and your confirmation locks it in. Payment is by bank transfer, mobile money or POS — no online card capture. Cancellation terms are fixed and printed on the quotation:
- 60 to 45 days before travel — 25% of the booking value
- 45 to 30 days — 50%
- 29 to 15 days — 75%
- 14 days to 1 day — 100%
- No-show — 100%
